Highly Processed Carbs: white bread; soft wheat bread; quick oats; etc. Flesh Foods: All meat is acidic and the hormones in non-organic meat must be considered. Dairy Products: Again, they are all acidic and you have to consider any complications
the animal may have endured.
This is good advice all year round. However, it is extremely beneficial in the colder months. These foods, especially the dairy products and sugar, cause the body to create more mucus. Therefore they wreak havoc during cold and flu seasons.
